The Sotto la Torre Farm was established in Alta Langa in the Municipality of Albaretto della Torre, in the province of Cuneo.
On these hills, historically dedicated to hazelnut cultivation, our lands stretch out where the “Tonda Gentile delle Langhe” variety finds its ideal environment. The entire area is SQNPI certified, a mark that guarantees sustainable and low environmental impact agricultural production.

Being hazelnut growers by tradition, we can directly and independently manage all processing stages, from pruning to harvesting, from drying to shelling.

Hazelnut

In the heart of Alta Langa, the precious hazelnut famous all over the world grows and ripens. Our hazelnuts are born right in the shadow of the tower of the small village of Albaretto Torre and are pampered by the sun of the Langhe and the wind that flows between the hills. This combination of elements gives our products exceptional quality and a genuine taste.

Our products

It is in our in-house laboratory where the magic happens, after the harvest, that is, the real transformation of the hazelnut. Starting from roasting and going through a careful selection exclusively by hand, we arrive at our products: chopped hazelnuts, flour, hazelnut paste, and spreadable creams. All our production is certified as “Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P.” from the Langhe, guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of the product.
