Hazelnut Lab

Respect for traditions and care for the product.

Hazelnut growers by tradition, we are able to independently manage all stages of processing the IGP Hazelnut. We work on the front line in the hazelnut grove, taking care of the plants with cleaning and pruning, right up to harvesting the fruit. Once the harvest is complete, we handle the drying and shelling of the hazelnuts. In the Lab, the hazelnut is transformed into our products after roasting. This is how we create chopped hazelnuts, flour, hazelnut paste, and spreads.

All our production is certified as “Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P.” from the Langhe, guaranteeing the quality and authenticity of the product.
